And starting at 6:30 on Sundays, there is a live band and rum & cokes, woohoo!<br /><br />P.S. I wore a shirt sleeved top and shorts today. This year will be a goodie.<br /><br />I put together a list of goals for 2010, rather than resolutions because those are boring and unimaginative (typically). Here's a sampling...<br /><br /><ul><li>Travel to a new place, solo. </li><li>Begin to learn French & figure out how to get myself back to France for longer than a weekend.</li><li>Work on a farm.</li><li>Read a ton -- especially books I should have read by now in my life.</li><li>Watch a ton of movies (see above). </li><li>For every 3 things I buy, at least 1 must be second-hand or handmade. </li><li>Write a blog entry at least twice a week.</li></ul><br />There are more, and I am actually very excited about them. I even saw two movies today, both of which I enjoyed: Sherlock Holmes and Julie & Julia. Although it made me quite upset that Julia didn't really like Julie...<br /><br />Well I know this is only January 1st, but I am highly optimistic about this year and years to come. A fresh year is just what I need!<br /><br />So as my French phrase-a-day calendar begins,<br /><br /><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Bonne Année!</span></span>Kaylahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02084046901730421306noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1065591734804140037.post-89870482222234837482009-12-30T20:06:00.000-08:002009-12-30T20:13:42.952-08:00This Means Nothing<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRnPipZSzovf6xH1NNzNqk-UcmtpuuRsjd1a249Em3UuabGN8zQKluXk8S9fABF_qDf03kml9Bal4YclNVGpVKOIQxfEDpbH5SOTcM77h1l3oSl0sDB6HkkoQUM7dXeYkImJE4PW-u-L54/s1600-h/IMG_7171.JPG"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; We use filtered water, stainless steel cookware & all natural organic ingredients. We have never & never would use trans-fat or microwaves! Bread is baked here daily."</i></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Sounds like the type of place only a veg would want to eat at? Nope! My boyfriend, a meat-lover, swears by their southern fried "chicken" a.k.a. triangular fried tofu bites. Even his family couldn't tell the difference. And let's not forget their focus on not only organic, but <i><b>local</b></i> ingredients.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">Today I ordered a <b>soy iced chai</b> and a <b>tomato and potato tart</b> served over salad with goat cheese {a special of the day}. Aaron ordered the <b>tempeh "crab" cakes with sweet potato fries</b>, and the <b>southern fried "chicken"</b> to share. While our entrees came out a bit late due to a mix-up, the wait was worth it. </div><div><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFzeoYtEXWv-covdQk8FrSZwZyfuXS27Q1ppJbjKjxJereENdrobdjfHoNMz_EibyBZ4HTMr6LQtG8q-QNKq-RPSWDKcfM7ulqUSdZA5dalOB1kklcXZRdxxHuSEnGv7CLtHH4r9BKSy6V/s400/IMG_6556.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5386729972986619618" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px; " /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:x-small;">Aaron's tempeh "crab" cakes</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:x-small;"><br /></span></div><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg3I9Hp1gJtre3FyyBqkYi198BvP40MruaR8TuUCUvTapc6T95mw6aZsUUTWd34WRwV2KRLOgCM4Sn5qi6FrV7gjslSUHc-PMy1HiEImky98UogcvSnr6y412nztDKsgtpW_kDDSD5AdRqK/s400/IMG_6553.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5386729953640572466" /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style=" ;font-size:x-small;">My tomato & potato tart over salad with goat cheese</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:x-small;"><br /></span></div><div>I kid you not, the sweet potato fries are the <b>BEST</b> I have ever tried, and I have tried many. Of course there are times I will not be able to contain the posting of a an amazing new pair of leather shoes I saw online, or my new favorite musical artist, but I want the <b>focus</b> of My Polychrome Life to really center around the direction I want my actual life to take. So it's sort of been forever, I know. Last week was NYFW and I was busy trying to balance school work and fashion week volunteering! I also was able to attend the amazing <a href="http://heartifb.com/2009/08/25/ifbs-dress-up-soiree-at-nyfw/">IFB Dress Up Soiree</a>, but more about that later...</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">My week began with Fashion's Night out. Unfortunately things did not go as planned. I had class until 9 and by then most of the activities I wanted to go to had died down. I even waited at Barney's with some friends next to The Row hoping MK&A would go up there, but alas they did not. Then we tried finding the Opening Ceremony & Teen Vogue block parties but failed miserably. We did get to see Isabel Toledo though! </div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgvNUkry_YXHk3kz_C97FhIQDxLDVCwXC2s-UtA-OEnf01lCSRu8tEB0E0IsFI20ltDRKkkeaEO03Ld5ZZdcNbA3S6l2p-BMQqJMoep3DNx6LJwO0mXIXXyst6Uz0kNbiH59JkZqgseROwI/s400/IMG_6426.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384133974206037330" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px; " /><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color:#0000EE;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="text-decoration: underline;"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtVR52mm2c_gPU3wrvSIrA8z0k6TeAROSbx64n88C7biwMtbl-bWDE7ffbdLeTCjaeM4B05p0fezrNEXjhyqjuZxbRirm9HJtThqrbXCA7FSYAjlNkUkvBD5nD-BUeeESj9VfWA1672BoV/s400/IMG_6429.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384280178404920242" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px; " /></span></span></div><div style="">Sunday night I volunteered at the <a href="http://www.malenegrotrian.com/">Malene Grotrian</a> show at the Metropolitan Pavilion. It was a great opportunity for a fashion week newbie like myself since it was a small show. We even got to sit down and watch, and take home a goodie bag filled with this new self-tanning mitt, lip balm, and Luna bars!</div><div style=""><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-8rntIz5J20HIUGHZeAVAOJdpbiHqN28wYRNRkCdU_U5uqVPc5vI4VhIOhqrXyb22uCL8KTvZ60_zvrublqtewxZwNQkVeTCJRQ39ycTHVmn9WHfnXmynkcmMZDkMlY2eosoBr6NogfH2/s1600-h/IMG_6433.JPG"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-8rntIz5J20HIUGHZeAVAOJdpbiHqN28wYRNRkCdU_U5uqVPc5vI4VhIOhqrXyb22uCL8KTvZ60_zvrublqtewxZwNQkVeTCJRQ39ycTHVmn9WHfnXmynkcmMZDkMlY2eosoBr6NogfH2/s400/IMG_6433.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384134616712935922" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px; " /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div style="text-align: justify;">Monday morning came the Carolina Herrera show at the Tent at Bryant Park. All the volunteers, including myself, began at 7 AM by putting together the programs and straightening out the chairs. Before the show began, I was positioned as an usher a row away from Katie Grand and across from Anna Wintour and the Vogue crew. Rachel Zoe was also there...needless to say, I was a little star-struck even though I only saw them from afar. During clean-up, I swiped my first ever Daily, WWD, and a found Prabal Gurung Sharpie. No longer was I a newbie!</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br /></div><div style="text-align: justify;">That night, I headed over to the <a href="http://heartifb.com/2009/08/25/ifbs-dress-up-soiree-at-nyfw/">Dress Up Soiree</a> with <a href="http://luzmylife.blogspot.com/">Lizz</a>. I cannot even begin to describe what an experience that was...getting to see and meet some of the bloggers that inspired me to start blogging in the first place! It was especially great hearing the panel; as each blogger went on, I finally decided what I wanted My Polychrome Life to be about. Stay tuned for some changes :)</div><div><br /></div></div><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9oFzzueRlu7kepNfXflvD2vTBt_sJxWePFpIuazCwFG11mn7XFhAltuNLndSq3QcxqsENYK483cTJRNX5jo_mhj2MjIWzLzkYPjl6Q4gVUghNCOvKBaeO9v0WwVjhVNw12IixcuDBP22h/s1600-h/IMG_6449.JPG"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9oFzzueRlu7kepNfXflvD2vTBt_sJxWePFpIuazCwFG11mn7XFhAltuNLndSq3QcxqsENYK483cTJRNX5jo_mhj2MjIWzLzkYPjl6Q4gVUghNCOvKBaeO9v0WwVjhVNw12IixcuDBP22h/s400/IMG_6449.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384278251054053074" /></a><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgy2CBOb_xkcf4X6_18BfdfMX8Sn2upgUXDA-nB7h2YJ1zxONMIVJSbBHehyorlV94AFQOf-chYpbM5qCGZBslWitD2ljLTq41UDBvi7zAyaJ3ca_Dcd1BpvLeZU6IO2ichRNh8TS7cmXch/s400/IMG_6452.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384278240647159106" /><div style="text-align: center;"><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color:#0000EE;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="text-decoration: underline;"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiuaxzHkKOow5BnRP_obl18C_LqKvBTLpWIyzrb32iV66zqn4fXNxviw3Oe1U-hv_C1zkrZWUv457NW_FM-PAOBbKEgvu3XoCRDQSw7BP43cwjgyF4noOHYT1RUaxCpb9Dmj3ooNg-ZeNxJ/s400/IMG_6460.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384279027336749522" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px; " /></span></span></div><span class="Apple-style-span" style=""><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEic-khuusHdb4nIq14zSWk8t6n7VEQKJubUfg8WoWvuq6AfPv7cXSOYejy0JDzqapoObKFD4KJmRiU0imHE7oTC8b_0IvaRDGr8hvt2Syi_1ygJ5beIkiWINegc8QlHVvasLAlj1BBE4jN-/s400/DSC03154.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384287112980225122" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 285px; height: 400px; " /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style=""><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEinP3ree8mYkVbAGUXTP4aEkCqclcrpeZq0umcBejrIsGlLRnopWrUFeMy_F0bjhgLwCVN-Ri-P6PDhDxGJv9PMn9Jj0xwhZPB9cwD-L_qou9-uyvXLLBUg8toiczYZRSIkcPrOaOo2YC-Q/s400/IMG_6457.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384278256868412802" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px; " /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style=""><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgmwip2oj3_U65W3vQ8dXiQ0tJ4v7k09qIz-7shKIHuKBvzS5E2toIM3FSbqOVJhxHSosr1VFTkl8bs847YBAdzIdKa7cwGNWRD5H6uLo_Xg9hOzbA8jpA7hHRAwbc6XaF4UksU_JJGU4OO/s400/DSC03166.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384287125034045522" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 286px; " /></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color:#0000EE;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style=""><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; "><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEioMSAp6X9YoyfhqFjUgKgheQMGSw-P7r7O2m8JNPh9HCnRzf80jn2dvdCWNQLpS6lVf8r1dJh5A9ujClDTyJGPhLYxeZ1r-IV-QVv61R5Y8cLATvdMZaTNaoHF93r30R8xJz21y9BDjiez/s1600-h/IMG_6466.JPG" style="text-decoration: none;"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEioMSAp6X9YoyfhqFjUgKgheQMGSw-P7r7O2m8JNPh9HCnRzf80jn2dvdCWNQLpS6lVf8r1dJh5A9ujClDTyJGPhLYxeZ1r-IV-QVv61R5Y8cLATvdMZaTNaoHF93r30R8xJz21y9BDjiez/s400/IMG_6466.JPG" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5384279035708355410" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 300px; height: 400px; " /></a></span></span></span></div><div><div style="text-align: justify;">Wednesday evening I headed back to Bryant Park to help out backstage at Doo.Ri. Also, it's not like I'll be wearing them for years to come. So I found these on <a href="http://www.gojane.com/">GoJane</a>, and am in love. I can't wait for it to get cooler out so I can wear them.<br /><br />I moved into FIT last weekend and am in love with everything here at school and around it. I didn't take a single picture during move in, but my room is on the fifth floor overlooking the street {<span style="font-style: italic;">AND</span> I got the window side of the room!}. There are even trees right outside my window which I'm sure will be beautiful during fall.<br /><br />Tomorrow I'll be making my first trip to Brooklyn to the botanical gardens, so I hope the rain that is supposed to fall doesn't.</div>Kaylahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02084046901730421306noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1065591734804140037.post-42307137856127075682009-08-21T17:39:00.000-07:002009-08-21T17:52:33.704-07:00{Plastic} Waste, Day 3I apologize for the lack of photos today...I got a bit lazy, and <span style="font-style: italic;">fortunately</span> there was not as much to photograph.<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Day 3:</span></span><br /><br />Breakfast at Starbucks: A <span style="font-weight: bold;">plastic "Naked" drink cup</span> {but the smallest one!}, <span style="font-weight: bold;">paper food wrapper</span><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6A6h6ZJw7qnHXKJw_cx_GD2eI3V5KUOZKSyvNSctKYf3hajJRWKwJ4Go5HFH3ZJ1zMk0NyJ78hoSnY6jxgjGefdQxYxAmoq2qGyPJm0qzHEMHNsPmatbw002MXX1PO03B82EDzkFncuYl/s1600-h/greenmachine.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 200px; height: 200px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6A6h6ZJw7qnHXKJw_cx_GD2eI3V5KUOZKSyvNSctKYf3hajJRWKwJ4Go5HFH3ZJ1zMk0NyJ78hoSnY6jxgjGefdQxYxAmoq2qGyPJm0qzHEMHNsPmatbw002MXX1PO03B82EDzkFncuYl/s400/greenmachine.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5372583484358545042" border="0" /></a>Lunch at Quiznos: Sandwich wrapped in <span style="font-weight: bold;">paper</span>, <span style="font-weight: bold;">paper/plastic drink cup</span><br /><br />Snack: <span style="font-weight: bold;">Glass Starbucks Frappaciuno container</span><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4P57okKfcQhKrEC_7o6WrHxieTe6gL4U5nn9UVKbOrGlercT1iqM4iw-F8xWdtpR4ASORYRBAMj9Xz9gJXZR4tYNbER3s8aooq44nmGqkNCKJcs5qRcUUzrnfqFeS7tOFaEx6vrxhyeow/s1600-h/starbucks_frappuccino.jpg"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 101px; height: 246px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4P57okKfcQhKrEC_7o6WrHxieTe6gL4U5nn9UVKbOrGlercT1iqM4iw-F8xWdtpR4ASORYRBAMj9Xz9gJXZR4tYNbER3s8aooq44nmGqkNCKJcs5qRcUUzrnfqFeS7tOFaEx6vrxhyeow/s400/starbucks_frappuccino.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5372583974547086194" border="0" /></a>Dinner: <span style="font-weight: bold;">Paper Napkin</span><br /><br /><div style="text-align: left;">I move in to school tomorrow and could not be more excited/nervous. I feel like such a tourist right now, as we are staying in Newark, NJ for the night -- but I can see the Empire State building all lit up!<br /><br />What I have learned from this experience:<span style="font-style: italic;"> planning really does pay off</span>. If we all took more reusable bottles, and filled them up with water at each rest stop, we could have decreased our extraneous drink consumption {and calorie intake!}. We also could have opted out of using straws {what's the need?}, carried around a cloth napkin, and made more food ourselves to bring on the road or in our hotel rooms. I also would have preferred to eat at more family-owned restaurants, but I was not the one paying for the food...<br /><br />Also, making more of a point to find recycling destinations is key. As I have learned, hotels don't care. 99 % of the time, they are clueless.<br /><br />I encourage you to take the time to plan before your next road trip, even one thing like remembering your reusable bottles. Water is water, and free water at a clean rest stop is much better than $1.99 water at a gross gas station.<br /></div></div>Kaylahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02084046901730421306noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1065591734804140037.post-63552785443781571762009-08-20T18:09:00.000-07:002009-08-20T18:27:43.914-07:00{Plastic} Waste, Day 2<div style="text-align: justify;">Today was spent driving through the rest of TN, Kentucky, and finally Ohio. I also used a <span style="font-weight: bold;">plastic fork</span> {which came in <span style="font-weight: bold;">plastic wrapper</span>} and <span style="font-weight: bold;">plastic water cup</span>, for which I used no straw or plastic top. Also, note the <span style="font-weight: bold;">plastic chip bag</span>.<br /><br />Coffee at Starbucks: <span style="font-weight: bold;">Plastic lid</span>,<span style="font-weight: bold;"> cardboard cup.</span><br /><br />Dinner at Chipotle: I did not take a picture of it, but my burrito came in a <span style="font-weight: bold;">foil & paper wrapper and paper bag</span> -- no plastic used. I got a Nantucket Nectar to drink, which comes in a <span style="font-weight: bold;">glass bottle</span>. Yay no plastic with dinner!<br /><br /><div style="text-align: justify;">I am sure there are other odds and ends I used, but forgot about. This is turning out to be a very depressing realization...I know the alternative to all of this would take a lot of prior preparation, but it might just be worth it for future road trips.<br /><br />As for a previous comment from Chelsea, as long as you look at see what number is in the little recycling triangle symbol on the bottom of a container and it says #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7, it is <span style="font-style: italic;">usually</span> recyclable. It differs town to town...in my town in Texas, for example, the city did not recycle #6, you just have to check the town's website to see what they do accept. And make sure you wash it out!<br /></div></div><br />Also, Beth was kind enough to let me write a guest post on her blog, <a href="http://www.fakeplasticfish.com/2009/08/kayla-bonczek-starting-college-and.html"> Fake Plastic Fish</a>! Please check it out :)Kaylahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02084046901730421306noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1065591734804140037.post-90515175984246588132009-08-19T18:25:00.000-07:002009-08-19T18:47:59.208-07:00{Plastic} Waste, Day 1<div style="text-align: justify;">Well, my parents and I left for New York City this morning and made it to Tennessee, passing through Arkansas along the way. We also made a quick stop at Graceland...which is not as big as I remembered.<br /><br />Anyways, I have to decided to blog about my waste consumption {primarily plastic} throughout this whole trip. The idea started with when I called each of the hotels we would be staying at and asked them if they recycled -- I figured that for a 3 day car ride, no doubt some glass, plastic, and paper waste would occur. Turns out, <span style="font-style: italic;">none of them do</span>. One of the managers I spoke to {the hotel I'm in right now}, didn't even know what recycling was.<br /><br />This is more of just an eye-opening experience for me than anything else. This is not including my parents' waste, just mine, but that will be more than enough as I can already tell from today. Hopefully I can use this experience when I write to these hotels, asking them to consider offering recycling, and why they don't already.<br /></div><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:130%;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Day 1:</span></span><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj67-oyjWkEhSHmd7AJoPnvpP7AHfUoDoVvh-pPb0xH8wjC22CgPS58ukyfuPrd2eUgv4CConhri8GwY5qCZBiJFOVSWtXgLfrIrfYEcG2Qu-QGp_zcSBX6nIHCum4jtrQlw_Qutmqr5WoY/s1600-h/IMG_6260.JPG"><img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 400px; height: 300px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj67-oyjWkEhSHmd7AJoPnvpP7AHfUoDoVvh-pPb0xH8wjC22CgPS58ukyfuPrd2eUgv4CConhri8GwY5qCZBiJFOVSWtXgLfrIrfYEcG2Qu-QGp_zcSBX6nIHCum4jtrQlw_Qutmqr5WoY/s400/IMG_6260.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5371853868658948290" border="0" /></a>Breakfast at Sonic: <span style="font-weight: bold;">Plastic maple syrup cup, plastic-coated french toast stick holder, 1 paper napkin, Styrofoam cup, straw</span>.
